I had the same Problem.
You can try to copy .zip Archives from the disc (i don't know what file-type they really are).
Unpacking them all-together should give you most of the Stuff Origin would download otherwise, just put it where you said Origin to install it.
Also, you can't use 7-zip as the Checksum is apparently in a different format.

if the above doesnt work then you will need ot install origin, add it to the firewall allowed list and sign in wiht your bsn account, then stop it. unplug the internet from your pc (disable the adapter in network n sharing center will also work) then install me3.

once its installed you will need ot add it to the firewall allowed list as well (wiht full access)

then restart the pc and reconnect the internet, finally open origin right click me3 select update (shouldnt be too large a file) delete the firewall entries for origin/me3 and recreate them after the updates (not always necessary but often it aleviates problems)

hopefully you'll be online soon and enjoying me3 like the rest of us :)

oh i forgot to add disabling network discovery in the advanced tab of network n sharing center + opening services.msc (windows button /run)and disabling ssdp service and upnp services might also help wiht connection issues, you'll likely still get some fluctuating ones but it "should" fix the really game vbreaking ones at least untill origin gets yet another update.

oh yeah also you have ot run the installers using run as admin if your on a 64bit os

i believe you had ot copy one file into the temp folder cache from the disc, but to be honest its all kinda messed up, no doubt if i'd had hte same problems then i would of had to follow his instructions and could be of more help but fortuantly for me i was happy to let origin download everything

glad you got it working, as for the problem its origin, its kinda like steam was back in 2005, poorly coded and probe to problems, except its been around for ages and EA are still failing ot achive ms certification for it (valve had ms certification after only 6 months) cant understand how mega corporations can be such a joke when they get unlimited access to sdk to enable seamless integration across multiple platforms, then agian ea has been concentrating on the console market for a long ass time so i guess its no wonder they cant code for ****
