This picture of Alistair has been used in some motivationals. But can anyone tell where it was taken? 

It looks like a cutscene, and I can only think of two snowy locations right now, which is the temple in the "Urn of Sacred Ashes" quest and the Ostagar ruins in "Return to Ostagar"... and I don't remember Alistair being particularly angry in either of them...

That's in the Sacred Ashes temple, after the ashes have been recovered, during the conversation with Genitivi.

He's not really angry, he's giving a snarky response to Genetivi releasing news of where the Ashes are located.
