whatever happens within the corporate aspect of Ea or any other company you purchase from is no business of yours whatsoever no matter how much you enjoy their products
Says who? Sure, I'm not expecting say in the company, but who are you to say that I shouldnt try and learn about the mindset of a publicly traded company? Consumers can learn as much as possible about a company they are buying products from. That doesnt mean you are trying to force the producer to make a product just for you, but better consumer perspective is never a bad thing.
It is incredibly odd to me, for a consumer to be defensive over a company. All you have said is, I wnat it this way... But i disagree, the more the consumer knows the better. for them(not so much for the comapny).

Don't misunderstand me -- I'm not conceding my point.I just see that you're going to keep looking for excuses to justify your actions no matter how utterly absurd they sound so I'd just rather not elevate the level of discourse between us.

Don't bother arguing with her unless you want to be nibbled to death by those creatures with feathers, long bill, webbed feet… that go "quack". Cats! Yeah, unless you want to be nibbled to death by cats.
