a biased, opinon based analysis

The analysis i'm refering to is entirely base upon objective facts provided by the game.

Just because it factually occurs in game doesn't mean your analysis of it is objective.

Exactly. How many times do I have to say it.

Regarding Anderson, he's not there then there: fact.

Bad writing: opinion.

We've nothing else to go on, other then what's presented within the narrative.

Assumtions.

How does one example of bad writing prove it's all bad writing? Reductio ad absurdum

So the game provides facts of bad writing... Oh wait, you just don't like the ending so you say that the game proves bad writing. Your opinion of the ending is not a fact.

What my opinion is on the ending is irrelevant, facts matter, analysis matter, see the link i provided earlier.

You just side stepped my point. You are interpreting things in game and calling it facts

An assumptions is a proposition taken for granted , we've no factual evidence beyond the  game's own narrative about the endings.

My interpertation has nothing to do with this, facts are what we see and what we hear onscreen, nothing in the narrative indicates that we should doubt these given facts.

Thay is why we speculate in IT. If it was just Literal, then There would be no IT WNT, or any theory that was created prior to ME3's endings.

Wait that's right Bioware told use to speculate, and what the endings could mean. Thus IT was born. Also If you think about it how can Literal people speculate on the endings? Oh wait they can't because everything for them all happened, which means no speculations.

Yet IT we speculate, and IT has been fun, and damn it if you go to our IT site on here you would find what we have, and have comed up with for the past 6 months.

Some, but most assumptions are based on facts. Any analysis of fiction is an opinion.

Exactly. The only difference is the way you interpret said narrative.

Analysis has nothing to de with opinions, it's an objective process that involves breaking a complex subject down into smaller part to gain a better understanding of the whole.

Aaaarggghnnnggghhh... please.. stop...

this fixer guy is on a power trip, rewriting nonsensical statements posing as logical statements. He's not making any attempt to explain his position better. In fact he's becoming more and more abstract, and making you all play his weird game. And you feed his power with every post you make.

Just give up. For the sake of your sanity. This isn't going anywhere.

Okay then, if you want to take everything exactly as presented, without any opinions, explain this one: Bioware has stated that "there are elements of the game that are not intended to be taken literally".

Hint, you can't.

If you take this statement literally, you can't take the game literally, and if you take the game literally, then you're ignoring facts.

Don't forget they wanted speculation about what the end means, which you can't do literally. Doesn't that prove they didn't indent the literal POV?

Bioware also said that there was no reaper off button. , they're unreliable third party sources when analysing the narrative.

Don't waste your time with this thread fellow ITers, you can't unindoctrinate someone who already is indoctrinated.

They will see in time...

Davik's right guys. This is leading nowhere and I think we've made our point. Fixer isn't looking for a logical debate, he's being intentionally simple. At least I hope it's intentional

There's nothing to counter, i'm merely providing you with the sad facts about Mass Effect 3's storytelling quality: it's extermly low.
