Maybe if he used his Nigel Thornberry voice , but he'd have to run after the player snorting and calling that 'you can't run forever, poppet!'

Tim Curry has the best voice ever. I wish we could have made Howe join our party, even if he was a bit of meanie. He MUST return.

I love it!!!  I watch it every year for Holloween.  I would love to have him be a VA in DA3 but your probably right that it is just a dream we can have.  Unless we can do the time warp and bring him back.

I agree they've both got great voices.  Having recently seen the Princess and the Frog I'd actually really like to see Keith David as a villain.
