System Error message when entering Product Key

So when I go to enter in my product key, after hitting submit I'm getting a message that reads "System Error.  Please try again later." Is there an issue with my key? Any help would be nice :)

EDIT: This is the PC version, and I downloaded the game from GameStop Apps.

Love how EA Live chat said it would be fixed in 40 min....to bad that was 4 hours ago...

You'll have to just go in and out of live chat till you get someone that will take you seriously. I finally had an chat agent that went into my ea account and just put in the product key themselves(or maybe a new one?) and it worked. I don't know what is up, but for some reason, the DA2 login wasn't relaying the info that I registered the game.

Having the same problem. Will try getting in touch with the EA folks. I registered the game through this site as well, but it didn't seem to have any impact.

Okay, I am having the same problem, but with all these errors just in the last day or two, it looks like it really is a server error.

I bought the game today, and I have already registered the code on this site, but it does not work when I try to activate the game.

You'll have to go to the chat as well. If you log into your origins account through the game, and it says the game isn't registered, then they will have to to do it manually. Something is wrong with their server.

I got it to work -finally-, just went to origin and typed in the code. 

But (sort of off topic), did this bundle include any dlc for DA2? Because, I got some of the signature items like the blood dragon armor. But was there anything else? Is the emporium or exiled prince supposed to come with it? :/
