So I decided to go back and play Origins/awakening again and it turns out all my awakening potions and manual of focus are broken. I cannot use them, don't even get a greyed out hand on the wheel, can't hotbar them, can't drag and drop them on the and yes I even reinstalled the game AND yes I am a WARRIOR.
I have the ultimate edition so the "Install origins and THEN awakening" doesn't actually help... at all. Never had this problem before. and nothing was changed before the reinstall so I have no idea how it could have broken. No new mods, no removed mods, no patches. (I think I covered all the dummy stuff)
Ideas?

Do you the developers console active? If so, have you tried importing the items manually using it? What mods do you have running?

That is a very long list. Mostly hair mods, tat mods, origins companions, Misha is in there. some dialogue fixes, romance stuff. Most of them are origins mods.
Yeah, even importing the items doesn't work. They don't even have their use descriptions anymore it's really weird it's like they don't exist but they take up bag space and I can see them and loot them.

All I can think of is maybe a mod is conflicting with them somehow? That probably isn't much help, but that's all that comes to mind.
