Ban my account for online play

doesnt that mean you also loose the right toplay sp? since you need online account to validate your game.

not if its already insalled, the sp game will just be limited to whatever you already achieved in terms of n7 teams, and your galactic readyness will drop back down to 50% and wont go up.
as for the ban it kinda depends why you got it and how, theres a ban thread on the main multiplayer forum which you can get the bioware me3 email from, however anecdotal evidence would tend to suggest very few people have there bans reversed, your options if its kept in place would be to buy another copy of me3 and create a new account, of course you loose whatever you had in your manifest.
if your ban was for actually useing some exploit or cheat then thers a decent chance they wont unban you given there current stance
