If you're just speculating, then you don't need spoiler warnings. This applies even if you are a Super Urban Tea Leaf Elite Reader, nonpareil.
If you do have Super Secret Inside Information, then you shouldn't post at all as you are covered by a NDA.
Using spoiler warnings when they aren't needed might be interpreted as an attempt to give your guess work more authority than it deserves. Many savvy readers would likely then discount your thinking as a result.
Just FYI.

I would like to add that spoiler warnings are warranted for already-published content (books, comics, games). Speculation doesn't spoil in and of itself, but bringing up evidence from the past might.

Just a basic question here... I'm a Potent Rural Goat Entrail Diviner, which is technically in the same category as a SUTLER, yet because of the nature of our work, we're licensed by the USDA (as I'm sure you know) and we conform to their standards. Should I still use a spoiler tag if my work is read across the border in Canada?

Hmmm...what this? This sub-forum doesn't have a no spoilers warning.

You know, no, there's no spoiler warning on this forum, but probably since there can't really be any real spoilers about DA3 ... yet. But, I would hope there are still some things that are flagged, like the brand new comics may contain spoilerific info. Are the events in Asunder still considered spoilers nine months later...? I think that's an open call. So I guess I would hope folks would just try to be sensitive about some of that. For example, I'd hate to be browsing the DA3 forums and see a thread entitled "Alistair dies!" if that were to happen in the comics.

It's talk about DA3, so it is safe to assume spoilers might pop up about DAO and DA2. Not sure whether should put spoiler warning on posts talking about those two games but there really is not much can spoil about DA3 yet so not really much point in doing it for that.
