Remember when we got one for Dragon Age Origins? I'd love one for Inquisition. It would give me time to perfect what my character will look like :D.

Would be great if you could take it into consideration for DAIII.

Cheers!

That would be great! I always pity my husband waiting for me in SWTOR to create a new character... soooo many hairdos.... Being done in advance would be really nice. :)

Oooh, yes! I'd love to be able to play with it and see what I like beforehand. I'm always so impatient when making my first character that I often don't much care for how she looks.  Failing that, a way to tweak in-game like the mirror in DA2 would be fantastic.

I support this, I take hours on perfecting my hero, in da2 it took me three hours before I could play the main game

I would love this as well as a face code system that is in ME2+3.

This is going to sound dorky, but I only really played the ME3 demo to spend time perfecting my Shepard's face. I'd get two friends to look over new versions and we'd discuss how the changes were coming across in-game. I had a stack of paper with different codes and notes on the differences. How many hours did it take? So, so many. But the result was pure perfection.

I support this. I want time to experiment with creating a good looking character before hand so I can get to the game that much quicker once it's released! The ME3 demo pretty much served this purpose for me also.

I support this, it will give us a little something to whet the appetite while we wait for the full game!

I'd be for it as long as it doesnt take away from time that could be spent developing teh game. Because I know demo's, from interviews with developers, take time out of the development cycle.

You've made a fair point.

There's also the question of what purpose a demo serves. I know, irregardless of CG trailers and demos, that I'm pre-ordering DA3. Does BioWare really need to target me or folk like me with these? *shrug*

It would help keep excitement levels high on release day. Just... right into the action.

Yes please!

But they may do a demo like they did for DA2 and ME3, so we may not get our wish. I forgot if you could customize your PC in that one. I thought you could, since I have never played default FemHawke, and don't remember having to in-demo.

+1. For someone like me who can spend literally hours bogged down in character creation, the DA:O pre-released character creator was a godsend.

I support this! I spend too much time in character creation, when it's a new game I get so frustrated with myself because I want to actually play the game, being done in advance would be great!

That would be awesome. I done the same thing on the ME3 demo, I spent ages mucking around in the character creator until I'd perfected my femShep's appearance. Which saved tons of time when the game finally came out because I could just type in the face code and crack on with the game.

YES!!!!!! DO IT!

I still play around with the DA:O character creator from time to time, and nothing would make the wait for DA3 less painful than getting to make ~50 characters during the month before release.

Nope. They do not need to put out a demo to entice people who are already planning on pre-ordering to pre-order. It might be a good idea to put out a demo to entice people who are undecided, though, and that's a fairly significant group.

Edit: And yeah, I'd definitely like a pre-release character creator. As part of the demo.:P
