As long as I can just put my character from the demo into the game and don't have to try to get the face exactly the same, I like this idea.

Remember when we got one for Dragon Age Origins? I'd love one for Inquisition. It would give me time to perfect what my character will look like.
Would be great if you could take it into consideration for DAIII.
Cheers!
Fantastic idea.

Also, a huge quibble with both ME2 and DA2 is that their character creators were *after* enormous unskippable sections - REALLY frustrating to redo appearance changes! A character creator that lets us fiddle with things before release would be really handy.

Dragon Age: Origins character creator? Told us all about the Landsmeet and the outcomes of the story
Dragon Age 2 Demo? Allowed us to piece together events from throughout the game.

So true. So true!
The DA2 character creator also had that weird black background and odd lighting. You had to see some gameplay/dialogue before you knew how it would actually play out. The Mirror of Transformation was a great blessing.

Yea that Mirror was really nice, can't tell you how many times I kept on coming back to it because I didn't like the hair and chin. Never happy with the chin.oui_je_danse wrote...

And to add to the hype, Bioware could let the community upload faces to a database, and then if some of the uploaded faces are any good, Bioware could decide to add those to the game as faces for npc's. It should of course be optional if a user decides to upload a face, as well as it should be optional for Bioware to use any of them.
But chances are that there will be alot of good faces uploaded, and Bioware could perhaps save ressources if they had a database of faces they could flip through instead of making a face from bottom up. And the community would likely think it was a fun way to be a part of making the game.

I like this suggestion.

That would be kind of fun as a fan project, maybe. Especially if we can just enter a code instead of having to download a mod or painstakingly move sliders.

If it were part of the demo that would carry on into the real game, then I'd actually get the demo - on DA2, I did not, because I didn't want any of the story spoiled.
