This is driving me crazy.

Let alone the fact that I got the N7 destroyer 4 times already when all I've wanted since the Earth DLC came out was the N7 Fury and the N7 Shadow AND soldier is the class I hate the most/never use?
So am I doing something wrong here or does the store simply hate me?

First off, only two slots in the PSP are guaranteed rare or higher, the rest are open to other stuff (like getting medigel, characters, uncommon gear/weapons, etc) with a slight chance of getting something rare.
You'll get characters in the non-rare slots in your PSP, first to max out your characters. Rare characters will randomly show up (no snark intended) in the rare slots, along with rare weapons, rare gear and rare ammo/amps.
Once you have all your characters maxed, you will periodically get repeat characters in the non-rare slots, to do what Chelseascum123 said, give you an XP boost for classes not at level 20. BioWare made a change months ago, that stopped rare characters from showing up in PSPs after you had maxed them, 'cause folks hated taking up a rare slot with a CC of something that was already maxed. So we get lots of level IV ammo instead. Plus rare and the occasional UR items.

NO it is NOT OK giving me all kind of LVL IV Ammo when i want my PPR and a Harrier.... i have spent over 30 MILLION Cr since you were able to get it, and have not even received a lvl 1 PPR or HarrierGrinch57 wrote...
Random store is random. OK, turning snark off.

Check your manifest, click the characters tab then look at how many of the 5 boxes underneath each character is not filled (box color switches to gold when you have unlocked all the appearence options).

Which is why my Saber sits at IV, while others sit at much higher levels and (promotional) Valiant still aludes me.Deniselle wrote...
Oh, I understand how it works now. (sort of) Well, I guess I'm gonna have to keep golding, opening, golding, opening and so on. The worst part is that the more you want a particular weapon/char, the higher are the chances of not getting it. I'm thinking the store reads minds.
Don't worry, you'll get there. Three months ago, I seemed to get nothing but consumables and CCs, then it got better, way better and that trend has continued to this day.

It's true, the store has some sort of super troll mind-reading powers. I got all 7 on my indra's back before they buffed it (it was terrible back then) and it hasn't leveled even once since the buff (now that I actually might want more ranks in it.)
I'm still waiting for a pack that awards no guns but instead makes fun of me for wearing my GI Joe pajamas while I play.

We can take care of that for you here on BSN, 'cause we're generous that way.Stabby Badger wrote...

What difficulty do you normally play?
I took a look at your manifest, and it looks like you're starting out. Is this a second profile or your first?
If I may make a suggestion that worked for me? For now, buy recruit packs til your common weapons and mods are maxed, then veteran packs with a few spectre packs, and JEP's to give you consumables. Do his til most of your uncommon weapons, characters, and mods are maxed. After that, SP's and PSP'S. this won't necessarily up your chances for a Fury, but with a manifest like yours, it helps get it viable for gold marches, which leads to the rares rolling in.
Im also on Xbox, haven't been on in over a month, dunno when I'll get back on, but when I do if you want to hit me up for a few rounds, gt is my handle.
Cheers!

I might just try that then. It is my first profile, I've had the game since March but I stopped playing MP for a long period of time. I usually play Gold, which gets me kicked a lot. People assume that if I'm a low level I'm also bad. Well, I've had full extractions on gold many times, got my achievement and now I play it for the creds. I usually buy the PSPs that's why my common weapons aren't really maxed out. But thanks for the advice, I'll try it out.
Oh, and I'd love to play with you when you have the time.

Agreed. You don't want to spend the creds on a PSP just to get your Predator V. Plus, maxing out some of your Uncommons (especially the Mattock, Phaeston, Phalanx, Tempest...) will make you a lot less likely to get kicked out of Gold games, and you're more likely to max them quickly with the cheaper Vet packs. Even if you CAN survive and contribute well to a Gold lobby, if you're packing a Disciple II I'm gonna assume otherwise, just because too many unpleasant experiences in similar situations trained me to think differently.

Maybe they should make a separate pack for R and UR. It would be expensive as hell, but at least you knew you'd get at least one granted UR.

I really don't understand why on Earth are there common chars in the PSPs? Sure, I understand getting like Rare chars that we already have but, common chars? You'd think that if you spend that much money on a PSP you'd get good things as well.

We are all subjects of Fate.
After all, its RNG that determines the rate
Fate is never kind
And yes - it reads your mind.
With creds in hand I sit at the store
Hoping - wishing - wanting just one more
I can feel it in my blood - just one more roll of the dice!
Ahhh, I want to win - I can feel it! Wouldn't it be nice!
The machine takes and takes - stealing my creds
So much so that I think I need to take my meds
The whole thing is rigged for them to win!
And the fact that I never had even a chance is such a sin.

Even if this is just psychosomatic it will at least keep you from blowing a huge horde of credits and feeling bad. Slot Machines can be like that.
