Personally, I'd be happy with a pack that guaranteed you a UR, even if that was the only thing in the pack.
The idea has been bounced on the forums, usually with a few people liking it, and a very vocal group claiming that guaranteeing a UR would be defeating the whole point of it being a "Ultra-Rare". While I understand their logic, the fly in the ointment that I see is this: if a pack that guarantees a UR defeats the purpose, doesn't a SP or PSP do the same by guaranteeing 1 or 2 rares? By definition, rare itself means that there shouldn't be much of them, etc. If we already have packs that guarantee 1 or 2 "rares", what's so bad about one that guarantees an "ultra rare", for a price?
