Put 10 bucks for 800 BWP, bought 3 Premium Spectre Packs and got nothing, apparently they did not open or whatever. So yeah, what's going on? Is this even the right subforum for these kind of stuff? Do I hate to contact EA Customer Support (oh god no)?
Bought 3 packs and got nothing.

Oh yeah this happens to me all the time, since about a month ago! I have found a work around on the pc. This is what happens to me (never with credits, only when I use Bioware points!):
1) Select the pack - Purchase - Use Bioware points
2) Screen thinks for a while
3) Says searching for outstanding purchases
4) And nothing happens! you're back where you started with no purchase!
DO NOT BUY ANOTHER PACK!!!
1) Exit the game all the way out to origin
2) Restart the game
3) Select multiplayer (it thinks a long time and then sometimes awards you the pack you
purchased before).
4) If it doesn't, then go to store and it SHOULD award you the previously purchased pack
5) Sometimes it doesn't and you've really lost out!
Note: If you try to purchase more than one pack and it fails, you can only ever salvage the last pack you bought. Only buy one at a time if it fails and exit and restart to retrieve it. Its not enough to go back to the main menu, you have to exit the game completely!
Most of the time this method works though in the past month I have lost 3 Premium Spectre Packs that I could not recover, way to go Bioware!
