i just started a dwarf noble and i got the blood dragon chest piece in my invintory but when i get exilied the chest piece is gone...is that supose to happena and can i get it back

That might have happened to me also. I noticed about halfway through my chest piece wasn't in my inventory. I just saved the game I was in, exited, disabled the DLC, did a force reload of last save, saved again, exited again, enabled the DLC, loaded the original save, and it was there. (PC version) I hope it works for you.

hmmm.... I thought the latest patch fixed that problem.

Entirely possible, I'm running without the patch (I had video card  issues after the first patch, had to do a reinstall, and haven't patched the game since).

the alternative is to disable the mod(s), load the game (select force load), save the game and then re-enable the mod and load up again
