Dragon Age Redesigned (with Additional Textures)
Improved Atmosphere (with New Head Morphs, More Hairstyles, PT's Vibrant Colors and 1.3 fixes)
JB3Textures, in it's entirety
Extra Dog Slot
Morrigan Restoration Patch, in it's entirety.
Zevran Dialogue Fix, in it's entirety
Dialogue Tweaks
Advanced Party, Tactics and Quickbar
Qwinns Unofficial Fixpack
I have experience using mods for the aforementioned games and have more than enough DL space to spare on my machine, so I would like to know if there are any known incompatibilities between these mods or if there is some diamond in the rough I have missed from this already pruned down list. I am in possession of the Steam Ultimate Edition and all applicable DLCs, so other compatibilies are no issue.

The documentation of the various dialogue fixes ought to mention their compatibility.

that they are the most useful mods, and causes no problems,
unlike for example extra dog slot in the fade.

On top of that i also recommend this guide for the fade, or you will get fed up with labyrinths

I encourage you, if this is your first PT, to do the whole Fade thing, just to see how you like it. Some folks love it. But if you don't, for your subsequent PTs, there is a "Skip the Fade" mod:

There's also a "Less Tedious Fade" mod in Purple Lady's list that mousestalker linked to. It's less of a cheat than "Skip the Fade."

Getting more specific, I know that some people (including myself) have had difficulty with Qwinns and IA, DT and ZDF. IA, DT and ZDF can all be made to play nicely with each other, but Qwinn's sometimes doesn't play well with the others. It's my understanding Qwinn stopped supporting and integrating his mod earlier than the others, so that may be why.
Hmm what happened when Qwinn's gave you problems, what should I look out for? Is it a reason not to install Qwinn's?

I'd say it's a reason to install only Qwinn's as a fixpack or install the other fixes without Qwinn's. The two times I've tried having them all together, the playthrough was massively buggy with an awful lot of crashes. Other people haven't had nearly the same level of catastrophe.
Which is fine. The ZDF fixes an a huge amount of bugs and glitches by itself. Throw in DT and the game is almost bug free. IA is just added fun for subsequent playthroughs.

I am very late to the party. However, I also want to add that Qwinn's fixpack is buggy when combined with other, more up-to-date mods. Not to game-breaking unplayable bad, at least for me, but noticeable and annoying. Ranger, for example, becomes completely broken on my copy.
I definitely recommend that the OP, or any other new player, use the Morrigan and Zevran mods, DT, and gastank's fixpack. Gastank's mod, unlike Qwinn's, allows you to pick and choose what changes or fixes to install and has not caused any issues for me. For a new player, I'd also recommend Advanced Tactics and its patch. But, the OP already knew about these.
Other mods I'd add to a "must have" list for newbies are the Peasant's Edition, which adds items that have the same benefits as the three DLC items that came with the Collector's Edition (and which are impossible to get otherwise). One might also be interested in DLC items available for manual download and that do not need authoriziation to use. I'm also fond of No Follower Auto Level. There are also separate fixes for Ancient Elven Boots, the Fang Dagger fix, the Plus Healing Received fix, the Poisons and Poultices fix.
