 Just wondering whether anyone else is disappointed at the social site support?
I don't understand the reason why they had to link our in game progress to this site, I have paid for the game as a pre release (which i wish I had maybe pirated now so i could unlock everything and bypass useless support), and stupidly tried to log into my social site account with a lost password, now you would think retrieving the password would be easy, but am still waiting almost 2 months later with a large amount of back and forth emails and because of my first mistake all my achievements and unlocked specialisations are linked to an inaccessible account,
I haven't created a new login and redeemed stone prisoner either since it will create more trouble if the problem is ever fixed, so much fun!

I am just wonder if other people who actually paid money for the game are getting such useful support for this site?

It looks like you made a whole lot of mess by yourself and now you blame Bioware for your mistakes

I wouldn't call it a whole lot of mess, everyboday can forget a password. Fortunately I hadn't to contact the support for this side (yet), only the EA one which isn't helpful either.



But I think there is mod which unlocks every specialisation and achievement, maybe that helps.
