I am pleased with all of this except for no longer being able to grab Geth Pyros over cover....Why the hell can't we?

As a modder I can sympathize how much testing went into some of these issues.
Also, 10% extra credits on extraction? Heck yeah!

This looks like an impressive, much needed list, and I hate to be a pessimist, but Many of these things were "fixed" in the last last patch and remained the same. I'll hold my applause for after it's over.

First: Thanks again for fixing so many things.

But why was that fix a platform specific fix?

My Xbox crashed on Rio on a regular basis. The Xboxes of my friends as well. To the point that we had to stop playing it. There are many posts in the BSN confirming this for other Xbox players. So why would you just fix it for the PC?

We only observed the issue internally on PC, the code was included on consoles as well, so if it was caused by the same issue it will be fixed as well

Ah, ok. So there is still hope that the issue might be resolved for the Xbox as well. :happy:
Especially since the PC and the Xbox are technically pretty close. That is good to know.

Most likely because camper teams have been declared "farmers" and "heathens" by the community, and so BW decided to throw a wrench at their monkey.

Perhaps also because they're the only armored unit that can be grabbed. Why they have armor and not health, I have no idea. They don't look any more armored than any other geth mook.

Not really, that isn't a big issue at all. Just have to target the Pyros a little bit sooner instead of leaving them to second last. And of course, Salarian Decoys still make them basically a nonthreat. 

Instead, you can probably expect new strategies for FBWGG involving Singularity in the same room.


Aye. I did a farm session ages ago and we never grabbed the pyros once. A good decoy setup and some DPS can lock them down easily. Never mind the guard room on White.

People put up too much of a hissy fit about farming. While I understand it can get annoying if you end up constantly funneled into those matches. I can equally understand farmers not wanting to have to wait ages to get a few weapons or classes they want. I, for one, still do not have the Indra, a gun I have long wanted to give a shot. Farming wouldn't be so prominent were the shop system not so horribly implemented.

There were only a couple "booooooo!"s from me but a whole lot of YES!

Being able to head shot bosses, thank you! If it comes with a small shield or armor buff to offset I'm cool with that. It's just nice to be rewarded for marksmanship beyond lowly mooks.

Thks for the patch but I hope you've fixed the fact that the ME3 loadup is just painful. Sits there taking ages, connecting to EA, checking DLC and just totally locks up for like a whole minute every single time. Why can't this be going on in the background! Or at the very least staggered. It's a frustrating experience everytime I fire it up.

Dunno if it's the same on console but this is what it's like on PC (and no it's not my rig)

AWWW, i actually didnt think that they would get around to fixing this...

But i am really liking that 10% bonus credit for extraction.

im really hoping u guys got the SMG light materials finally fixed as well as the vanguard glitch.

Headshot damage on bosses and rewards for surviving extraction is nothing but positive.

And even though I don't use them, I hope the Biotic Charge death bug and the SMG ultralight materials have actually been fixed this time.

While 99% of this is really cool and it's an overall good patch, I feel BW's attempts to punish Geth Farmers are going too far and hurting regular players. Salarian and Human Engineer are both overused in farming but (assuming a liberal interpretation of "melee creatures") they've now been completely wrecked for non-farm games without hitting the farmers too much. :(

hmmm, i seem to recall a similar patch some time ago with a long list of fixed bugs, which fixed **** all and completely ****ed the game to unplayable

Great patch people. I would have been happy with just the headshot, Vanguard glitch and SMG fixes. The rest are a bonus.
