So ME3 took away headshots on larger enemies, and now brought it back, thank you. But not being able to grab Pyro's... well I hope there slower and tanks they carry are more fragile.

Solution: Host the game.  The problem has to do with lag.

Why can't you grab Geth pyros behind cover? That was a legitimate strategy, I thought. Also, decoy no longer works as a decoy with melee monsters? Then what's the point of decoy?

I don't agree with all the changes. Looks like they're trying to fix some things that don't need fixing. But I'm happy a lot of other issues are being dealt with.

I like that you guys fixed a lot of the bugs, but a ton of the worst offenders remain.


- What about individual grenade spawns?
- Where are the missing earth DLC mods?
- Batarians/Krogans can't stagger now. What about Turians?
- Singularity gets a buff. Why not Pull?


I do feel like you guys are trying, but can we see a little more pc support? Not to mention the unbelievable loading times mentioned previously.

All great improvements. Though I will miss grabbing Geth Pyros. They suck to deal with. The Banshee fixes are a huge help though. I also wondered on the Leviathan mods not being carried over via a newgame plus save. Good to know it wasn't just me.  

Things I'd like to see: 

  • High resolution textures (PC version only as the other platforms can't do it.) 
  • Unlock Battlefield 3 armor for SP. (Since it's in there via coalesced.bin anyway)
  • Make helmets removable from the non-customizable armors. Not just in cut scenes, but always.
  • Make Shepard and company stop using M3 Predators and M-8 Avengers during the cut scenes. It seems silly to have a Revenant on Shepard's back and carry the Avenger or use an M-3 Predator instead.
  • Add in holstering animations and the ability to put weapons away out of combat, and in armor as we could in the previous two games. Since your adding things via a huge patch, why not?

Feature is virtually impossible to do on consoles. You won't ever see it in the PC version as a result. You know, the same game on all three platforms and all. This means we are hampered by the lowest common denominator. Hence why armors and some textures were scaled back on all three versions compared to Mass Effect 2. We got normal maps as small as 128x128 vs. 512x512 or larger normal maps on ME2 armors
And BioWare, if you won't do a high resolution texture pack, that's OK. The community has done a lot in regard to that. So if you would, please decrypt the .PCC files or give us a texture mod folder so that we can replace texture permenantly and stop using Texmod or uMod.

I heard they cut that out due to memory limitations of the consoles, so (probably) not gonna happen......
