About the Sabotage modification: what does it mean? What was it stacking with before?
The rest seems awesome, but I'll reserve my judgement until the Patch is live.

Krogan Vanguard Rage bonuses now work properly
...
All Batarian and Krogan kits will now stagger less than other kits
It'll now be interesting to see how much more powerful the Krogan Vanguard will now become as a result of these two implementations. He'll be less a creature made of flesh and blood, and more of a being along the lines of a bonafide god.
Also, it's good to see the Krogans and Batarians get something resembling stagger immunity (hopefully it's the same as what the Destroyer receives).

i bet it will be that the parts that make the game harder work and the parts that make it easier don't work.

Oh I am planning on it. I see a lot of them trying to all stand in between the doorway where the revive glitch was on FBW so they don't waste medigel and consumables.Merkit91 wrote...

Well, I was thinking the other way around, that when we melee'd stuff, we would ignore drones (e.g. Primes turrets and all) completelyHyperglide wrote...
I guess it means Husks, Swarmers, Brutes, Pyros, will completely ignore Decoys, Drones, Turrets now and go right after the players. Is it that hard to understand?

Melee creatures will now completely ignore pets (drones, decoys, etc.) rather than just having a chance to ignore them
If it means Banshees (she's considered melee but can destroy decoys with warp), thanks for killing my dear drone, Bioware.
Players can no longer grab Geth Pyros over cover
Because only farmers grab and, great, now farmers will all move to Glacier.

It's just too bad Turians don't get help, but the Marksman change will make it a bit easier to dish out punishment as a T.Soldier.

Of course, that's assuming anything in this patch actually happens. If the glitches alone that are listed here are actually all fixed, it will be a marked improvement. 4 Vanguard matches, light SMGs, Incinerate synergizing with Cryo Ammo and Shadow Strike becoming even more powerful? Yes. Yes to all the things.
EDIT: I also kind of like that the pyros are buffed and will be even more annoying now. It kind of makes Geth a distinctly least favorite faction that the entire community can rally around to hate.

wouldn't mind the pyro buff since it's natural not to be able to grab armored unit if it purpose were not only FBW and if they fixed Geth before buffing them any further
Krysae nerf ? really ? it's now just a ****ty version of the falcon
other things are pretty cool and awesome, though i'm afraid the acolyte just lost its niche (only banshee and phantoms have barriers), might be time to get rid of the charge up behavior to make up for that

Not to sound rude, but it seems as if you would be grateful that Bioware is releasing a patch at all. There are many things that are going to be fixed, yet you only complain about what is not included in the patch.
Bioware didn't really have to do this you know.

I use sabotage all the time to devastating effect. Cooldown for sabotage not that relevant, as it's usually fired from cloak.
Also "Now it gets worse. Also who stacks Sabotage?" is kind of a paradoxical statement. Stacking sabotages are effective against banshees and brutes since the tech vulnerability booster is 1.5x to total damage. (1.5x1.5x.1.5=3.38x damage). I never focused on spamming banshees with it, so I don't think I'll miss it.

Or you could stick Disruptor Rounds on your Acolyte and molest their barriers in one shot
(Unless I'm just not seeing what you're seeing)
