- Players can no longer grab Geth Pyros over cover

Wow, ok. This just means two people have to sit at the other counter and keep fling grenades and Scorpion rounds at the pyros.

Was referring to Turian/Drell changes.

Well, THAT much is possible. Thing is, they said they were looking into re-working the Drell classes, which would imply more than just a simple boost in stats or what have you. Turians need a speed-boost of some kind, or a side hop. They're just too defenseless.

^ Turians need a roll. The side hop may seem to make sense but they already have a roll animation (marauders/cover-to-cover).

They should also not be able to dodge. It's only fair since they're armored and now can't be grab killed.

Fagnan said stay tuned for boss headshots. I don't see it in the patch notes. I wonder if there are a number of things that are in the patch but not the notes.

Yeah, I'm very curious about this, I sincerely hope he wasn't referring to ANOTHER patch we'd have to wait for. Image IPB

There's a chance Chris didn't list everything on the patch notes.

Anyway, love all the changes, Thursday can't come soon enough for my Krogans! Image IPB

Not to sound rude, but it seems as if you would be grateful that Bioware is releasing a patch at all. There are many things that are going to be fixed, yet you only complain about what is not included in the patch.

Bioware didn't really have to do this you know.

Please remember that they are a business. Businesses do not do things out of the kindness of their heart. As for why they are fixing it now 7 months from the start, well, just guess.

If you're talking about Concussive Shot, it's getting replaced with 50% more damage and one meter of range. When you consider it, that's actually really helpful!

I think not...
Amplification is evolution 6, not 5.

i don't know why you want that since i said STATISTICS, and i also didn't say NO bugs at all, just no game breaking bugs

but fine if you want one: megaman X there you go that's 1 example

I am willing to bet that the game will be unstable when we install the patch.

But what I am reading here, seems good. Good work.

That's a huge range then, we already get range increase from the 1st evolution. Nice. :)

...but I'll still propably stick with the other, giving me more force is what I need. Damage isn't what I use concusive shot for.

that's what i was gonna respond to him after his 2nd post, if they don't fix all that crap, they ain't gonna make much money out of their next game

and that's not a dream, i know some (don't think i'm allowed to give the names) that died on their 3rd or 4th game because of the reputation they got with the 1st  2

Bioware is a business.  Naturally how resources and people are allocated is dictated by Bioware/EA.    But the individual Dev's who post on these forums are the ones who made the patch, and by all accounts they work hard and try to make the game as great as possible.

Except that the decoy or drones should be free to distract real enemies...

Not in the current state of play. They are going to have to immediately walk back what they've done to AI "ignore" factor on drones. Since they likely won't push a "balance" change prior to the patch we're going to get stuck with very ignored drones by just about eveything from at least a weekend, if not a week or more. And that's going to be the real kicker.

I do not expect BioWare to move quickly to undo many of the stop-gap blance changes they've done.

Drell/turian re-works (they were implied)

Oh, well. I'm happy enough with what we'll get from this new patch. Can't wait to see the earth dlc weapon mods in action.

I think these are things they are looking at doing in the future, but haven't done yet.

Also, another Krysae nerf? They have got to be kidding.

I think the krysae patch-nerf will make it possible for them to buff it back to relevancy.

That was my exact thought when I read it.  Looks like another nerf, but it's going to get buffed next week.

Bolded the important part

Sure the devs may work hard, but that does not mean you should be "grateful" to Bioware for the patch. The devs are told to patch this (after a feasibility check to see what can be fixed) but the higher decision on how much man hours to allocate for fixing it is not up the the devs. This patch budget is decided based on business reasons not a "lets give back to the community" reason.
