 I've seen multiple threads where people have had this issue and I've searched high and low for a solution, tried multiple different things, yet I'm still left without characters and screenshots for my PC's Dragon Age Origins.

 f I use Windows 7 64 bit, and my patch is 1.05. I lowered my firewall, disabled my console, and deleted old saves that weren't needed as well as read the FAQ and other threads on this site to find a fix. This is a retail copy of the original Dragon Age Origins. When I disabled my console, I checked while playing my game just to be certain it was turned off, and it was. Yet I still have no characters to show or screenshots. It also says that I don't have any online storage space, and gives me "Code Error 1000".

I feel like I've tried everything under the sun; I've spent hours trying to resolve this. Any other suggestions?

The game updates very slowly, and from what I recall, you must be logged in while actually playing in order for updates to happen online.  You should also double check to see that the upload character info options are turned on in the games main menus.  That said, if you received an error message from the social network, it is better addressed in this forum:
