MHA: Useless (spec'd for Singularity... I guess I'll have to change his name after the patch)

Gengineer: Region (because I'm Asian [Legion])

I have patterns.

Usually a food item then a common name. Ie Hamburger Pam, Celeri Steve, Stroganoff Bill, Banana Jim, Burrito Janet.

But I ran out of ideas so I moved towards diseases or ailments with last names.
Ie Diarrhea McCain, AIDS Jones, Fever Reynolds.

Plus it's fun to see other people's personalities through the names they give.  Some give role-playing names, some have tongue-in-cheek humor.  I personally find it funny how many of us give names to characters in reference to what they are, but have different ideas of how to do it.

Style Points? (Drell Adept, for Keanu Reeves since I was thinking of Constantine and Fallout's White Glove Society)

Having a blue primary color and an alternate blue camo with Snap Freeze, I would have named my Paladin after some flavor of gum, but his name remains Paladin-er.
