People being wrong about something doesn't make them liars, EA aside I tend to believe that the Bioware Developers are being honest when they tell us stuff, and even if/when it turns out not to be true, I for one remain inclined to believe it an honest mistake unless presented with evidence to the contrary, none of which exists in regards to pretty much anything the BW devs have ever said (to us about this/other games).
Everyone needs to get out from under their tin foil hats for a bit now and recognize that you're being laughably paranoid, seriously people.
Last time I checked, when someone tells you one thing and then it turns out to be untrue than they are being dishonest.
Actually no, I shouldn't have to explain this but when someone says something inaccurate, if they believed it was true when they said it then they aren't lying, just wrong. There is an appreciable difference between being wrong about something and being a liar, and if I have to explain it again my head might explode, at this rate I'll next be asked to explain/prove why two plus two equals four...
2 + 2 = 4? Hmm all I know is 2 human female soldiers with crusaders plus 2 Destroyers with crusaders equals LOTS of devastated Geth!
Anyway it doesn't matter if they are liers or just back talkers. It is business and that is all they are here for. Ok maybe the PR department dropped the ball but who really cares? Bioware, good. EA mothership bad!

Armor health bar and beeing the second sized geth (or being a medium sized enemy) indeed implies being to heavy to be just snatched over in an instant.
So even though I grab them al the time atm, I think it's a good change.

Part of me wants to think they've kept this idea on the shelf and previous patches buffed the Geth in other ways. They didn't want to over-do it, but now they needed something else.

Look, if a Pyro can do a combat roll (and they do) then they are light enough to grab. If Bioware were to make them too heavy to grab, then there is no way they could do a combat roll, so that would need to go, too.
Simple.
Super heavy on top but light on their feet.

I really can't understand. What's the matter anyway? Players farming are happy that way. Players not farming are happy this way.
Can somebody explain me this?
But, at last but not least, I really can't believe that Bioware concentrates all of their efforts to prevent farming when there are a lot of things that need to be fixed or added.
Again, could somebody explain me this?

The reality is that you take cover when you find that your 4 man team is up against a battalion. You farm all you can, then run as fast as you can to extraction... and hope its not "too hot" that your ride gets destroyed or for them to come get you out.

Question 1 - People's bias to a different playstyle ( If you don't play their way it must be wrong)
Question 2 - Bioware might secretly see farming as exploiting their credit system or are caving in to people's complaints about farming.

Farming is REALITY in the situations posed in this game (usually above Silver).

tbh people farm on brronze /silver as well unless someone is willing ot carry them on higher levels and help them earn credits, for me i kinda like farming cos it enables me to gain progression, i think gold and plat will now be insanely difficult because too many undergeared people will still (as new players) attempt to do those levels and completly mess up things for those that would otherwise have a fighting chance.
i'll be honest and say this coupled with all the other changes just amplifies the fact that there trying to slow down the credit farming, credits which are useless to most established players (apart from dlc packs/consumables) but which are vital for new players, making it too dificult to gain a lot of credits fast wont encourage many to hang about in multiplayer, some wil get there wallet out and buy there way to a good load out, but then they arnt likely to hang around for that long once htye get /try everything anyhow (easy come easy go) the changes ot pyro's as of 25th september's "balancing" just served to completly screw the players over since you can no longer duck behind cover to regen your shields when a pyro pops on you, you cnat combat roll away from them and you get exactly 1 second to kill it (not possible even in bronze now) before your crispy fried, the new change should of included a slower rate of fire and nerfing them down to 1/3rd of there current damage, and probably reducing the range of there flames of death.
oh and for weeks the only faction i really hated getting was geth since there imune to 90% of powers (due to there insane dodge) and getting 1 shot by hunters that stay cloaked regardless of how much damage they take /how many times they shoot at you is never fun, and lets not forget there movement speed, shields and damage got increased in last weeks tweaks, so now there even harder ot take out instead of being a 2 shot mook there now taking 4>5 headshots on silver, marudarers only take 2 shots and there supposed to be harder to kill>>>

What I find interesting is people's attacks on those of us who do camp sometimes. I often start the night with a few camps to get some credits and warm up, or do some mindless killing while chatting with some friends. The easy creds kinda balances out buying PSP's for when you get 10 Argus's in a row, or useless char cards, or ___________ (fill in your fav PSP frustration) If you don't like a camp round, why don't you just find another game? Seems simple enough, unless you feel the need to make every one play the way you do. I've posted this similar comment on a couple of these Pyro threads in the hopes that maybe someone will notice without having to be told directly how arrogant they sound.
The ever popular "campers are pu55ies" attitude, that people who can't and don't run and gun solo gold/platinum are inferior, etc. You know what? Good for you. I happy for you. But why stop at complaining about campers? Why not complain about games where teams stick together to combine firepower? After all, that's not as skillful and glorious as venturing headlong at the enemy and taking down everything in sight in a majestic display of video game prowess, combining shooting, power combos, and movement with a perfect build....absolutely splendid. Truly.
Write Bioware and tell then that anything short of that should not be allowed, and teams that walk a map together to combine firepower should be penalized with a instant shield-nerf until they stay at least 10 or 15 feet apart for 5 seconds, bc after all, isn't walking around in a group, in effect, mobile camping?
Or how about the Cobra missile? Now there's a punt if I ever saw one, and we're allowed 5 per game. So, defending a position (or ambushing the enemy, depending on your preferred level of political correctness) is lame (which means you've prolly never served in or studied any military tactics) but clearing a room with one shot no matter how many bosses are present is okay...talk about suspension of disbelief.
In the end, as I have said, this will a far greater effect on Hack missions and the LZ extraction than camping, but a far more interesting side effect has been the parade of egos, bc as some of us already know, "After a victory, heroes present themselves".

One of the Developers said it at one point, I forget where or when (besides having been in a thread in the ME3 MP section of BSN) but I remember the gist of what he said (and stand by my paraphrasing thereof as being 90%-100% accurate). Maybe I/he was wrong, but I have a pretty damn good memory (for things I bother to remember anyway- unimportant things like which thread it was easily slip my mind, I didn't think it was so obscure I'd need to find it again to prove it exists).

This won't stop camping, but it will make hacks and LZ missions near impossible once a Pyro gets near. Once you're down, there's not enough time to gel or have an enemy get near, so in effect, if a pyro gets you, its about the same as an insta-kill.

One thing I'd like to add.. Everyone complains that they cannot find U/U matches that don't end up on FBW and use the 28% of people playing FBW as their example. That number means that 72% of matches are on other maps... There are also only 13 maps, so in a perfect universe, every map should be played about 7.6% of the time. So, only about 20% of matches on gold/platinum can then be considered camping...
Sounds like campers should start making threads complaining about al these jerks not camping.. xD

All they have to do is prioritze both Primes and Pyro's. It kinda sucks considering they are the same size as majority of Geth Units, but it is what it is. There easy enough to take down.
