It always had to be destroy the reapers and never listen to anybody. I personally never cared about controlling them or being a part of them. I didn't even care if Shepard died doing it.

It depends on your Shepard. Everyone's Shepard is different.

Truer words were never spoken.

Couldn't agree more, but with me destory, the reapers is a flawed solution, the laviathan DLC conferms it. Control feels to finatical to me. No opinon on rejection but that is just me.

Destory.  In ME3, it's all about destory.

Simple.

We destroy them, or they destroy us.

Destroy, it has to be destroy.

What has Shepard witnessed throughout the game;

- Worlds conquered
- Billions dead
- Team mates slain
- Anderson just dying
- Earth in ruins

I don't see any way in which Shepard's not taking the Reapers out.

Yeah, Shepard going from hero to meek anti-hero is the greatest possible ending for entire trilogy :D

Shepard is still a hero in Synthesis. Everyone, Reapers included, benefit from Shepard's sacrifice.

There's other  examples of synthesis in scifi than just the Borg.

To a point to accept enemy offer?
I guess Saren was just unlucky, he should've waited for 3 years :D

Darth Vader was a lot less evil than Shepard. He was just a crippled war veteran, and he forced no one to became cyborgs :D

Technically yes, in varying degrees, but i was talking about full synthesis. An example: Cybertronians, I mean Autobots is short for autonomous robotic organisms.

Yeah, poor Saren, he should've trained in persuation to be more convicing.

Wait, Shepard becomes Optimus Prime? Awesome.

Still, there was no need for him to take the decision on his own to turn the rest of us into Bumblebee, Cliffjumper etc.

Remember the stuff EDI mentions about Transhumans and the cross species equivalents?

That's basically synthesis in a nutshell.

No, just synthesized races.

There is a difference, you know. The one that decides who is hero, and who is anti-hero. :D
Forced cyborgization versus voluntarily self-cyborgization is that difference.
