Well, if you have fully upgraded vigil's keep and then you decide to defend amaranthine during the penultimate quest, the vigil will endure although the codex entry will say otherwise, but then the epilogue will contradict. No matter who you leave behind in vigil's keep, all of them will be flagged as dead when you import to da2, only the death of nathaniel really matters.
The walls of the keep will be breached in about a week, but your companions will survive as their lives will be summarised in the epilogue.

So the best thing to do is save the keep for the the DA2 import save file.
I would like to save the 2 since i am the King but i see there is no other option.

Thank you very much.

That is one way. Another is to take Nathaniel with you and then defend Amaranthine. Leaving behind Nate in Vigil's Keep and then defending Amaranthine will flag Nate as dead. Although the same applies for other members, not all of them make an appearance in DA2; and those that do, they'll do it anyway, even if they are flagged as dead in the save file.

You may want to refer to the wiki for a better account:

As a king, probably saving your citizens is your priority. If your warden believes in his companions, and trusts the masonry of voldrik, probably the warden would think that vigil's keep will hold the line for at least a few days. So he/she is more needed in amaranthine.

hey João. It's impossible to save them both. Choice and consequence, my friend! However, just like Blazomancer said, if you intend on playing DA2 after, you probably should check the wiki to understand the conections and make your decisions.
