lately ive been wondering why theres no update on mine, then found that theres 2 profiles for my account, the new info are going to the 2nd profile, is there anyway to merge these 2, don't know how this happen. Pls. assist. Thanks.

Correct, no way to fix it, although at one point we were told they were 'working on it'. Lots of us have the same problem. They did add a way for us to switch between the two profiles, but that's it. All my game data goes to one profile, the site uses the other, so I can't even use one of my characters as an avatar.
