it's not that bad and isn't "blocking" UR are defined by the percentile chance this item is "RARE" so it will not hinder your chance ANOTHER UR will hinder your chance a GOLD item will NOT 

it works like this the percentile for the for sure slots is garanteed to drop the cordnated rarity as such and will at a certian % decide to go off the higher rarity then it rolls a chance for the articles still on the list

so this will NOT hinder Ultra rare drop chance it just adds another hindrance for "People" that don't have all the golds but ya know.... Big deal...

The shotgun looks a lot like Crusader but with different colors. Excellent change anyway. My Turian Soldier and Destroyer are happy
Will wait for Adas, Blood Pack Punisher and Valkirye for MP, and N7 Weapons for SP (for those who haven't got Collectors Edition)

Stop spreading this nonsense already! Ultra-Rares have an independent chance to be unlocked, no amount of Rares will change that. You don't get magically only UR once you've maxed out your Rares...

My experience with the raider on a GI (on gold) was that it was a pretty effective gun, although damage is reduced drastically after only a few feet, more than once I went down trying to get close enough to banshees and ravagers.
