For some reason, my current Dwarven Noble cannot leave the outskirts to get into the deep roads.  Lord Harrowmont makes his speech, asks his questions and then tells the guard to open the gates, only the gates never open and I can't get through them.  Is there a console command I can use to progress beyond this point, or am I doing something wrong, etc?  Thanks in advance.
