Dubbed as a weapon "of unprecedented accuracy and firepower" in reality it was neither. In fact it was so bad that many operatives created jokes about it like "I would rather get stabbed by a Banshee, than use an Eagle" "This weapon heals enemies" and so on.
Sadly many agents WERE stabbed by Banshees because they USED an Eagle.
Even after a few revisions to upgrade it's kinetic capacitors for more damage, the Eagle didn't impress most of the users and the feedback was negative.
The Alliance command was not happy. They contacted their old partner Hahne-Kedar to create a true weapon of "unprecedented accuracy and power"
The company ordered it's secret division (Hahne-Kedar Shadow Works) to make it.
Young constructors with the motto "think outside the box" got right to work. They got their hands on the Talon (an impressive Cerberus pistol-shotgun) and the new Punisher SMG that's quicky gaining ground in the Bloodpack merc gang and decided to merge them in a unique fashion.
The result was the N7 Kessler (homage to the Kessler pistol from ME1 you start with)
The weapon features 1 very high caliber barrel that fires an armor piercing round and 3 smaller ones to deal with opponents shields.
Technical specs: at level X
Weight: As much as a Piranha (CANNOT be upgraded with Ultra Light Materials, because they can't handle the firepower)
Accuracy: The main barrel has Paladin accuracy the other 3 have a bit of a spread
Ammo: 2 shots (clip CANNOT be upgraded by the ammo mod, only the spare ammo) 15 spare
Damage: Main barrel does 1000 damage, the other 3 - 150 each (CANNOT be upgraded with barrel mods)
ROF: Same as Talon
The weapon has built-in 0.25 meters of cover penetration with it's main barrel.
The weapon is Ultra-Rare
