Karl Urban would work for the canon Shepard (male). I'd love it if they did femshep for a movie though...

Serious answer, though: I think Sam Worthington certainly looks the part of (male) Commander Shepard. I've only seen him act in Avatar, however.

One of those fan-made trailers had Jim Caviezel as Shepard. Even though I'm a big FemShep supporter, I'd dig a Mass Effect with him as the center. Or, Matthew Fox.

That depends when fliming starts though because Caviezel has a TV series to Film right now and i doubt it will be Femshep since every default Shep has been MaleChardonney wrote...
