Got the Ultimate Edition for Xbox 360. At what part of the game should I do each DLC?

At the middle section of the game, when you can travel freely around the map, the DLCs The Stone Prisoner, Warden's Keep, and Return to Ostagar become accessable. You'll want to do The Stone Prisoner as early as possible for the companion character. The other two are easy enough to be done immediately, but can really be done any time. There's some tasty equipment in them though, just fyi... I generally make sure I have them all done by the time I finish the main hub missions.

Awakenings, Golems of Angorakk (or something like that) and Witch Hunt are all to be done after the main game, in that order.

Lelianna's Song is a prequel to the main game. So chronologically it should be done first. That said, it's really just an exploration of the background of a popular character, so feel free to do it anytime.

Darkspawn Chronicles is standalone and can be done anytime, though it is an 'alternative reality "what if"' scenario for the end of the main game, so it's probably best to do the main game first.

And enjoy them in whatever order you ultimately choose. DA:O and the dlcs that accompanied it, continue to be some of the most fun gaming hours that you could possibly have. Awakenings is basically an entirely new game with your original Warden back in the saddle, unless you opt to create a new lead character, and Golems is the most challenging dlc.

Thanks for the responses. Just finished the Stone Prisoner. One more question. After I complete the game how do I access Awakenings, Golems of Angorakk and Witch Hunt with importing my Warden?

You can start these dlc's via the 'other campaigns' option in the main menu. You'll get a list of your characters including the corresponding saves. You would generally want to import the 'post campaign save' from origins to awakening. Similarly, you can import the last save from awakening to GoA and so on.
