first let me apologise in advance if this is the wrong place to ask for this, but I was thinking that the fan creations was supposed to be the right place to ask for a mod. anyway sorry if it's not.
So to my post. I saw here at BSN, while I was searching for mod for ME2 (PC) and I saw a few pictures where Shepard (female/male) is using A hat. Now I searched all over the internet, and I haven't found the mod, or anything of the type.
everytime I searched for mods, I found a few coalesed.ini, mods that just change stats of guns and weapons damage, and also they add a few extra casual outfits for Shepard, but all of them are outfits that are already in the game, but they were not available for shepard to use, but none of them add hats at least not from the pictures that I saw it.
the hat that I'm talking about it is this one
there is also a picture of a male shepard using this hat, but I could not find the picture anymore.
what kind of magic do I have to do to have that? Oo

a user had asked the guy how he modded that, but the guy didn't answer back, at least not in the 10 pages that I've looked.
