 Got the Ultimate Edition for Xbox 360. At what part of the game should I do each DLC?

Of the three DLC, only the Stone Prisoner provides an extra companion. There are very good reasons to get your companions as early as possible. The other two provide experience and loot. and so may be done at any time.

As for the order of the others, the usual is: Origins, Awakening, Golems, Witch Hunt.
