They should have buffed the Wraiths rate of fire and the damage to a lesser extent.

I disagree.  Before the Raider was added, sure, but not anymore.  High damage for the Wraith vs. fast RoF for the Raider differentiate them.  Otherwise you've got two shotguns that end up being pretty much the same thing.

While it is nice that the wraith gets a buff the problem has not been the damage but the rate of fire. Still little reason to choose it over a reload canceled claymore

These are not the gear bonuses you are looking for.  Move along.

The problem with the Wraith is the RoF, not the damage. The Crusader damage increase doesn't help it, it still is the only shotgun that cannot bypass shieldgate. I'll have to test the Argus, but I think it is a step in the right direction.

Very nice changes.

Anything I should know about being changed for the AT-12 while being brought into MP?

The balance is different in MP. It has more spare ammo [30-40] and does more damage [100-125].

Thank you for the info.

I figured you guys might boost the damage, given how close it was per shot to the Piranha =P

Thanks BW, I am definitely digging the Black Widow buff a lot!

All changes are good this week, though I think the Wraith badly needed the RoF buff. Not that I am not grateful for the damage buff, but it doesn't seem to be the main problem.

Anyway, thanks! Can't wait to take out my Wraith III for a walk tomorrow. :o (and might even consider giving another try to the Crusader, even if most of my shots seem to disapper into the great beyond)

Decreased bonuses from Densified Ammunition to max out at 10% instead of 12%

Yeay. I just got lvl V of DA in a pack not 15 minutes ago. So basically, no upgrade :P

I really enjoy the Crusader and appreciate more damage but can you please decrease the weight?

GAH!!!

How many times do we need to stress that damage isn't the thing that the Wraith needs more of, it's the rate of fire!
The Claymore can outshoot the Wraith when reload cancelling and it can even outshoot the Wraith if you're reload cancelling on that weapon too. It blows the Wraith away in spike damage, burst DPS AND Sustained DPS.
The Wraith needs a significant rate of fire increase, not more damage!

Thats why reload cancelling is bad idea.
Then again I am pretty sure there are many people out there who do not reload cancel and they are going to enjoy those buffs.

The Wraith needed a RoF Buff to be more forgiving to the squishy classes that might have wanted to use it.

The disciple really needed a buff. It's not even silver worthy.

Scimitar really could've used help, too. Not even silver worthy, IMO.

Back to sticking to the pirahna for me for my shotgun wanting cooldown conscious casters.

*Sighs*

GPR could've been uppsed a bit more. It's still a GOLD weapon I wouldn't even bother with on silver.

Kinda frustrating. Nothing really helped out the casters it feels like.

The Claymore also weighs more than twice as much =P

The Wraith now offers comparable theoretical sustained DPS to the Claymore, at much less weight.

Shield gate was lowered from 100% to 75%.

Or did you forget?

Innate AP for the Wraith would be a welcome feature and would distinguish itself as the Ultra-rare it is. The Eviscerator is advertised as having armor-piercing and the Wraith is a variant of it.
