Wow, that came as a surprise.
Did anyone really think it needed a buff?

I am glad about it, it makes my non-infiltrator snipers that much more powerful in a great way!
[514.1-642.6] to [591.2-739.0]
is not an insignificant damage buff either!

I guess since they nerfed the sniper rifle bonus on tactial cloak so much it needed a bit of a push to make it the fantastic weapon it deserves to be, but still, I was totally surprised, and pleasently so!
