I only have the AT-12 Raider IX after 13 PSPs. I did however get a lot of gear and four ultra rare weapon unlocks. So I'm not too unhappy.

If BioWare would now reduce the weight of that shotgun ...

Took me 5 PSPs for the Argus, 10 PSPs so far and my Raider's only at IV.

It would appear that rarity does indeed correspond with quality, seeing as the Argus would be better off as a thrown weapon and the Raider is basically a WMD.

I had to buy 15 Premium Spectre Packs to get the Raider to X, so that's almost 1,5 million credits. I did get five Ultra-Rare weapons (Black Widow, 2x Typhoon, Saber, Javelin), though.

I only had to buy 6 PSP's to get the Argus to X; I was shocked to see the first PSP I bought contained only level IV consumables. The Ultra-Rare weapons did sort of make up for it.

If assuming all other rares are maxed the minimum would be 5 PSPs which is 495,000 credits, but with RNG you would probably end up buying 7 or 8 which adds another 198,000 - 297,000. If you want a time estimate then with the minimum amount and consistent gold clearing of say 20 minutes then it would take roughly 2 hours, but once again RNG means it would take more then 2 hours, nearing 3 hours.
