I don't mean your save files, I mean your characters. I was starting a new ME 1 game and to my surprise it gave me the option of starting with one of my previous level 49 characters. The thing is I don't have any Mass Effect items on my hard drive. I'd like to know where they are so I can delete them. I've got OCD and feel compelled to clean up and get rid of things I'm not using.

The only place on my 360 I can think of is the System Items folder, but I can't selectively delete things in there. There's also the cache but I've cleared that already.

Also, is there an update for ME 1? Normally when you start a game it askes you if you want to update it, but it doesn't.

Thanks.

I don't know if it really matters but which 360 model do you have? I have the most recent slim model (from 2010) and I can find all my ME characters under "Settings", "Storage", "Hard Drive", "Games". Scroll down until you get to Mass Effect, click on the icon and it should give you all your DLC and your character saves.

Hi, thanks very much for the reply. It's not the slim one, it's the original model (Falcon components), but it's about two years old. Current dashboard update ect.

I checked the same place and there's nothing. That's what's so weird. I had no saved games or anything installed but the game presented me with several of my previous characters. It's not a biggie, I'd just like to know in case there's a folder somewhere with a whole bunch of junk from other games that is taking up space.

Thanks again, I appreciate that someone replied.
