I see lists out there, both webpages and old text documents/walkthrus that list the attributes of various items, and there are lists of prices that merchants charge (normalized to 18 CHA and max reputation), but what I'd like is a list that has everything -- has the weight/damage/AC/etc for the items and also lists what you can sell them for if you have 18 CHA and max reputation.
Is there a BG1 items list that includes prices?

In case you didn't know the minimum prices available in vanilla are obtained with 20 reputation and 20 charisma. Algernon's cloak can boost anyone from 18 to 20 or a caster can get +6 charisma using friends.

Selling prices for the stuff the player sells are (iirc) not affected by reputation or charisma. They are only affected by a.) a base number (for example, in my last game, Halbazzer buys scrolls a bit cheaper than most other vendors that buy them) and b.) the depreciation (they buy stuff for less money if you have sold an item of the same type before (with the exception of gems and jewelry).
