thought someone should know, I started with 109 games tonihgt, played 5 games, ended with 109 games. Lost at least 10 games during the weekend.

if your refering to your N7 rateing then it drops if you get kicked from game lobbies quite often, it can also drop if you are forced to use a local data save instead of cloudstorage (i dont understand that one to be honest) but its possible ot force your rateing back down to zero
however it will increase if you promote your chars, and increase for every sucessfull game played (where you extract) as you level your newly promoted chars, it wont increase if you use lvl 20 chars to complete games it also wont go down if your lvl 20 gets kicked from a lobby.
as to weather any of that is a bug or glitch i'm afraid i cant answer that
