As of 2185, the dreadnought count was 39 turian, 20 asari, 16 salarian, and 8 human. By 2186, humans construct a ninth dreadnought, and the volus have built a single dreadnought of their own.
It would be extremely stupid if Cerberus would manage to construct such a huge ship completely undetected.
But well, Cerberus is an Empire in ME3 anyway >,<
And if it's Female Turian wearing a hood so people don't complain about the fringes then it's just pathetic how dumb influence fans have on Bioware.

I don't care if she's wearing hood as long as we get one. It's ridiculous that we haven't seen one yet. Especially given all the references in the comics/novels and what not. It's not like they're female dwarves in DA2. They do exist. Show 'em, hoody or otherwise.
