I fail to see how the Operation generates a bias towards "campers/farmers."
If one limits themselves to only being proficient at a game in one scenario and on one map, then perhaps it is a you problem and not a them problem.
Simple bit of advice, take one match out of the camping routine, run a map on bronze difficulty and extract in the specified time period and then go back to camping.
All of the camping extractions will count towards the community goal.
Everyone is happy! By the way, it is called a weekend CHALLENGE, not a gimme.
