I get the feeling that Mr. Jonhson's words were taken out of context and that BW isn't actually looking for fan suggestions on this matter, but what the heck:
I'd like to see classes for each of the Omega gangs - each character would be a combination of class and race that hasn't been done before.  Examples are as follows:

-Krogan Bloodpack Adept
-Vorcha Bloodpack Vanguard (could be hand-waved by saying that sometimes Vorcha are used as test animals for experimental biotic implants)
-Blue Suns Batarian Engineer (like the one we saw working on the gunship in ME2)
-Blue Suns Turian Infiltrator
-Salarian Eclipse Sentinel (we actually saw some salarians with tech armor in ME2)
-Asari Eclipse soldier (could have grenades with that red gas in them - deals poison damage to enemies and buffs the biotic powers of teammates who stand in their area of effect; could have an adrenaline-like power that involves Asari mind-meld that buffs nearby teammates)

I think Turians, Drell, and Salarian deserve a 2.0 class like Krogan, Quarian, and Asari got. As for new races, hanar and volus :)

Well since you asked, I would like a plethora of alien comrades. My most wanted list being:

Turian Infiltrator
Turian Adept
Turian anything really.....(Whether male or female matters not to me, as long as they can roll)

Salarian Sentinel
Geth Soldier

Geth stalker - you know, the ones from ME1 that leapt from wall to ceiling to floor, had a zappy red laser, could hide from tactical radar :)

Also I cast my vote for a Turian Infiltrator and a Drell Infiltrator, plus Batarian Engineer, Asari Sentinel, etc. all great suggestions, would love some female Turians, Drell, etc. just to mix things up a bit.

(In no particular order of preference. Though I'd prefer races that don't have a lot of classes like the Turians and Salarians)
Geth Soldier
Turian Infiltrator, Engineer, Adept
Batarian Vanguard, Engineer
Asari Sentinel, Engineer
Drell Infiltrator, Sentinel
Salarian Adept,Soldier
Krogan Adept
Quarian (either sex) Soldier, Sentinel
Vorcha Vanguard (though with a combat power version of charge)

Yeah, more Turians, Batarians, and Salarians, and a Geth not like the other two at all.

If he wants ideas (doubtful but):
A vanguard without a "pure" Charge. It should be some weird permutation of Charge...something akin to how Barrier is like Tech Armor, in that its a DR toggle power with power slowdown, but totally different. Vangaurd needs something that propels you at an enemy and restores shields, but everything else should be up for grabs. Maybe on a Batarian or Turian.

I'd like to see a Batarian without Blade Armor, even though I like it, it shouldn't define them as a people. Maybe Batarian Infiltrator focusing the use of...to tread a dangerous path....Chemical Weapons? Toxic/Acid/Gas weapons an grenades? Corrosives?

I'm actually going to seriously say Volus. In fact I'm going to say six less than serious characters pegged at a power level suited to Bronze play (not that extremely confident players wouldn't solo platinum with them) for just larking about. The soldier should be human though, in a rather convincing reproduction of N7 armour......

Of course it should be combined with six deadly serious new kits like Geth Soldier, Krogan Adept, Turian Engineer, Asari Infiltrator and Quarian Sentinel so there are characters suited to high level play.

I'd also add a new enemy type, Zombies, where difficulty is fixed at Bronze and you face wave after wave of husks (with objective waves spawning armoured husks). It'd be fun. And still be a challenge as you spam turrets with your Volus Engineer to try and hold them off as you hack the objective.

What is probably needed is a couple of new ways to play. The hardcore players are at the point where they've maxed out their manifests so giving some fun modes for casual play that aren't about grinding out credits and some slightly comedy characters to do it with might hold some attraction to them.

The Spectres link is also very very nice, and with two each from the three original council races it reflects the make up of the spectres before they started letting humans in.

They could even be new Uncommon characters! Not everything has to be Rare!

Some new uncommon characters and weapons would actually be a really good thing. At the moment if you've maxed the uncommon characters, weapons and mods (like I have) then almost every uncommon is a consumable with the occasional uncommon gear (because all the weapon and mod drops are replaced by consumables).

People would pick the characters up quickly to start playing with them, and wouldn't complain that they were taking up valuable rare slots which could have given them precious ultra rares.

I suppose we hate all non human races based on Operation Patriot

Prove your love by giving us more classes for our existing aliens...^_^

What would you want?

Posted this a few times, but a well-balanced six, all sensible but all brand new, without too many aliens we've seen a lot of already could be along the lines of...

ADEPT - Blood Pack Krogan
ENGINEER - Blood Pack Vorcha

SOLDIER - Eclipse Salarian
SENTINEL - Eclipse Asari

INFILTRATOR - Blue Suns Turian
VANGUARD - Blue Suns Batarian

Blood Pack's tricky, cos it's all krogan and vorcha, and there aren't many other classes available that fit both characters withour repeats... but vorcha would be excellent at dismantling machinery (and even the soldiers carry some tech into battle) and krogan adepts exist. Give them really strong powers, unprecedentedly strong, but with really long cooldowns - so they can either carry heavy weapons and risk only being able to use a power once per wave (if that!), or they can carry light weapons and use them significantly more often, but still be left prone for at least a full minute. Lifting armored targets kind of thing.

Eclipse - mostly salarians and asari. Asari are always biotic, they're innately biotic, so sentinel's the only remaining class they could fill, whereas salarians are very rarely biotic, leaving just soldiers. Asari works nicely defensively, too - she could have a big justicar sphere for heavy melee, which makes herself and any allies within the bubble impervious, but drains her barriers like a geth heavy melee, so she's making herself more vulnerable for when her bubble eventually collapses. The salarian could be a tactical soldier. Less firepower, more wit. New for the class.

As for the Blue Suns? Either could fit into either class, but while vanguard's a pretty nice fit for the naturally scrappy batarian, the deal's sealed by the fact that we're 7 months into multiplayer and still haven't met a turian infiltrator! I thought flexibility might be a good USP for a turian infiltrator. Asset to any squad, with good powers and good weapons. Speed, agility, dodge, good health. Flashbang grenades for a long distance stun-'n'-debuff (they'll scorch your allies' screens, too, so they're very definitely for far-away mobs), flash fire (like snap-freeze) for a close-range armor-scorching debuff, the obligatory tactical cloak plus innate bonuses to sniper damage, to help put the snipers back into the infiltrator class.

Also! The running totals for each alien species, by this point, would be...

Asari 4 / Krogan 4 / Quarian 4 / Batarian 3 / Salarian 3 / Turian 3 / Vorcha 3 / Drell 2 / Geth 2

...which looks about right, to me. Drell are rare, so they should be rare on the battlefield, and friendly geth are very recent additions to the galactic community.
