howed they murder it? they never said that the collecters were all dead and there was a codex entry saying they were attaking palavan in the campain

in me2 the goal was to stop the attacks never was it said that they were all dead the reapers could have easly braught some with them into dark space to act as a first wave of infantry in the invasion until they reaperized the galaxy's current population into reaper groung troops

From the trailer, it looks like Harbinger can take over more than just collector drones now - I saw his mark upon the Praetorian, the Scion, and the abomination as well as the captains and regular drones.

This is soooooo great. I'm even more excited because I once got on a thread (not on this site) that was exactly about what kind of new DLC we would like for ME3 MP and I wrote that I would like Collectors as a new enemy faction.

I also wrote that if that would come to be something would have to be tweaked with the Praetorians, you know because of the flying, shooting, barrier regenerating and AOE insta-killing you while barrier regenerating abilities they had in ME2. I'm curious to see how tough the Praetorians are.

I didnt read the codex but i always found the thought of Shepard being able to defeat all the Collectors in ME2 by destroying that base at the end only to be a disatifying thought. Plus like many people said the Point of ME2 was to stop the Collectors from taking Human Colonies and atks on Humans, no where is it said in  ME2 we are to destroy the Collectors. Heck TIM wanted to keep the base for himself and before you even knew it was a base, both Shepard and TIM thought it could be a Collector Planet.
