Talked to my brother on Origin while I was downloading the DLC, he claimed he didn't see it. He restarted Origin but still nothing, then I asked him to not go to the origin shop. But rather press the "i" on the mass effect icon instead, and then he could see it when he pressed the Buy button.

Ok, so new feature on characters screen. There is a new symbol and a number next to "Level xx". Is this the number of how many times that class has been promoted?

"Purchased" the dlc but the download won't start. Still says unreleased in the add-ons box...
