On the other hand, I wonder if BioWare will eventually release a DLC where we can play as Hanar and Elcor... =P

You have said that Bioware isn't going to use ideas that are from BSN due to "legal issues". But retaliation was FILLED with things fans have requested for months. I mean, Drell Infiltrator? Volus? Krogan Adept? Quarian and Geth Soldiers? More Turians? Batarian biotics? Asari Sentinel and Infiltrator? I'm not saying ALL these characters are ideas from BSN. Just that most of them are....

BioWare wouldnt be able to use ideas from BSN if someone makes a concept DLC and has made up all of the weapons, characters, gear, powers, and maps by themselves, then BioWare can't use it. However, if the DLC or other concept consists of things already in the SP (Weapons, Character models, powers, gear, locations, etc.) and BioWare owns them, then BioWare can make the DLC, because the BSN concept or didn't really own the material, BioWare did, they just put it together to make a mock-up DLC. So some DLC ideas, as long as BioWare owned the right to them, could be made into MP. While a lot of characters have been suggested, BioWare owned the rights to them (Drell Infiltrator, Volus, Etc.) Everything you mentioned was owned by BioWare, BSN users just suggested they be put in MP. Anything that's in the SP is fair game(as long as its possible within the MP engine). Hope this clarifies a bit.

(1) Krogan Vanguard -- Maximum health/shields, armed with a Wraith X and has 40% damage reduction while dealing maximum Biotic Charge damage with temporary 25% extra weapon damage. I chose the enhanced power damage/ability to carry more weight over enchancing weapon damage.
(2) Batarian Vanguard -- The same exact build as the Krogan Vanguard. I chose enhanced shield regeneration over the extra 150% melee damage returned to opponents.
(3) Krogan Sentinel -- Maximum health/shields, he is armed with a Claymore X and a Widow X with 50% damage reduction and I opted for the extra melee damage instead of the extra power damage because I use Lift Grenades. I chose the skills that enhanced weapon damage over enhancing power damage/ability to carry more weight.
(4) Asari Sentinel -- The same exact build. I chose a maximized damage Warp(without the enchanced power damage/ability to carry more weight. But I did choose the enhanced power damage for the Tech Armor) over that "death aura skill thingy" because just incase I need to hit something from a distance with a little damage. I almost never ever use Warp for this character.
(5) Geth Infiltrator -- Maximum health/shields, it is armed with a Disciple X and has maximum Tactical Cloak time & maximum damage from Proximity mine. I chose the "use 1 power and remain cloakked" thing. I chose enhanced power damage/ability to carry more weight.
(6) N7 Shadow -- The same exact build as the Geth Infiltrator. She is armed with a Paladin X and uses a maximum damage Shadow Strike.
(7) Asari Justicar -- Maximum health/shields, she is armed with a Disciple X and uses a maximum coverae area with 40% damage reduction Biotic Sphere. Her Reave inflicts maximum damage but has a short duration. I chose the enhanced power damage/ability to carry more weight.
(8) Volus Adept -- Maximum health/shields, he is armed with a Scorpion X and uses a maximum shied restored from Shield Boost with temporary 40% damage reduction. Each Biotic Orb gives him an additional 15% to my power cooldown & I need it because I am using that level 5 Barrel mod that increase damage by 40% and increases the weapon's weight by 50%; giving me a power cooldown time of 155%. I do not use the Biotic Orbs to attack. I chose the enchanced Power Damage/ability to carry more weight.
(9) Volus Vanguard -- The same exact build as the Volus Adept. He is armed with a Disciple X and his Biotic Charge inflicts maximum damage with the temporary 25% weapon damage bonus.
(10) N7 Demolisher -- Maximum health/sheilds, she is armed with a Tempest X and Predator X(armor piercing) and uses maximum damage/maximum grenade count Homing Grenades. My Ammo Pylon skill thingy has minimum range with maximum damage reduction(I forgot if it was 50% or 40% damage reduction). I chose enhanced power damage/abilty to carry more weight.
