One hour, actually, and they said it was an estimate for a reason. XBL is rarely right on time; they just update it all when they're able. A whole lot of things can happen.

its usually up by now 7:00 EST. Its not the only thing not up though MS is having some kind of issue.

for me its the way its been since i started using the marketplace often all dlc and demos go up between 5-6am EST that is if there isnt something wrong on MS's part

Everything except PS3 in Europe is stated as October 9th (Pacific Time) so sometime in the next 19 hours. October 10th for European PS3.
