Go to the xbox website to start it. It didn't show up on my 360 either, but it is there.

On the xbox, open the guide, hit LB twice (move over to the Marketplace tab) and then it'll be at the top.

Oh wow. So I didn't really follow what was coming in this DLC. I just downloaded it, bought a PSP and got this.

Its too bad they dont offer pre-loading like Steam does. Download it on PC and just let it unlock on release day. Instead of having their servers slammed on one day.
