This is probably a daft question to ask but i have tried and tried and tried to find the solution but to no avail.....


I have completed the quest chain so far as to getting the urn to heal the arl.....however i cannot for the life of me figure out how to 'use' the urn on him.......

I have read somewhere that u have to talk to teagan in order to complete the chain but i cannot find him also......after running around the castle looking in every room he is not there


Could someone therefore help out a noob and tell me if i need to do anything before returning to the castle etc or what room he is supposed to be in......maybe i need to complete another quest

Then you need to use it specifically on the Arl. You may need to zoom out all the way to accomplish this.

That's strange. I always went to Teagan once I had the ashes and that is what triggered the healing scene. He is in the room where you spoke to Connor and Isolde - the room you fought him in.



I didn't know the ashes were a useable item, but to be honest I never had to actually use them.

There's some issue where Teagan doesn't appear anymore. There used to be a sticky on how to workaround the issue by clicking on Eamon himself, which progresses the plot ahead.

yeah thanks i tried this and it worked.....with some downfalls tho

i lost the oppertunity to gain the champion specialisation your supposed to get from thr arl......and i expect other rewards also, however i can play the game again so many thanks for your help
