It's a very long list jumbled up list of stuff that also includes all vanilla and other DLC stuff, so not everything will be here at the start of this post, but I will add more as I find it.
As of right now, all I can look at is what the game is tracking for the new Challenge Points system they're implementing. This just supplies me with names and not numbers, ability lists for each character, what gender they are, etc.
On Tuesday when the DLC is released I will update this thread with information that includes numbers and power lists for each character. I will be able to get all the information even though only 4 characters will be out at that time.

New Abilities
Biotic Orbs
Shield Boost - Restores shields to yourself and nearby allies.
Havoc Strike - Charges the enemy with your jetpack. Similar to Biotic Charge except no shield restore and no damage immunity.
Stimulant Pack - Massive shield boost. Can be upgraded to boost damage.
Recon Mine - Provides AoE vision like Tactical Scan, and can be detonated for damage.
New Weapons
Collector Assault Rifle - Same as the promotional one
Collector SMG - Ultra Rare

> Damage: 75.2 - 94.1

> Clip Size: 20 - 30. Has Infinite Spare Ammo.
